My Personal Narrative is not the easiest thing for me to write about. We don't really get the chance to talk about ourselves very often if ever. So when I'm told to
write a personal narrative it is fun and a little bit different which is fun to do every once and a while. So some of the basic things that make up my life and who I am about is
what I do. I race motocross almost every weekend. It's just what I do. I feel alot like I don't fit in with a lot of other kids because they don't get it. I used to play
football, basketball, baseball, and all those other team sports out there. There not really the same at all. I don't judge other people because they play these sports and hang
out with these types of kids but I feel judged at times. Also on the weekdays instead of just hanging out and taking it easy I ride bikes almost everyday. Mountain bikes and
BMX. But I don't just ride them from place to place. I mostly ride dirt jumps and spend alot of my time building jumps. Most people think that it is just kind of silly or
pointless. But I wouldn't really rather be doing anything else with my time. I've missed out on some friends, parties, and other opportunities like that because of what I like to
do but I feel it is all worth it.
Secondly is my family. I definately feel they are a big part of who I am. A lot of parents now aren't so involved in their kids lives. They don't know what they do
everyday after school and don't really care either. My family has always been super close with one another and I really enjoy it. I am a big believer in staying close with your
family. But I don't necassarily believe that they are always there for you. If you are close with your family then they will be there for you, if not then maybe they will be
maybe they won't. It depends. There are so many kids out there now-a-days that just don't care about what their parents say or have done for them. It takes a lot of work
at times but family is one of the most important things in life.
My schooling and my plans are starting to hit me hard. I'm not one-hundred percent sure of what I want or want to do yet. It's overwhelming to realize that at the
end of this year that high school and typical schooling and life is over. It's hard to prepare yourself and a lot of work. It's going to be fun though and all you can do is hope
for the best. Hopefully I have set myself up good for a great life after high school but only time will tell.
