A.I think in a way, Orwell tried not to bring in a liberate message. It's hard to say but he avoided making his "message" completely out there. No book or story will tell you in quotes what the message or moral of the story is. But in "A Hanging" it is a little bit harder. You have to find the message through maybe personal experiences that you don't exactly notice.
D. Orwell uses details that you don't find most authors doing. He uses details that we don't all exactly pay attention to in our lives. Details that come as second nature in our lives. We don't notice them most of the time. But when they are pointed out, they become much more significant.

A.Capital Punishment is one of the debate hot beds in todays world. Some believe it is unneccessary and unfair to people. I disagree. It is something that I feel is needed in many cases and isn't exactly used enough. People commit crimes that are life affecting not only to the victim, but people in relation to the victim. It isn't fair that people get away with some of the things that they do. I don't believe that they are being strict enough in punishing people who commit capital level crimes. We need to start cracking down on what we allow people to get away with because if you commit the crime, you might have to deal with more than the time. It's not fair for someone to get away without punishment. I'm not saying we need to punish everyone severly for any type of crime, I'm saying that we need to not let our emotions get the best of us and start doing what is fair for everyone involved.
